Maj. Juma Seiko is not about to give up on claiming singer Desire Luzinda’s daughter as his.

InMay 2014, Seiko came out and claimed the daughter Desire says belongs to a one John Michael Kaddu as his own.

Desire didn’t rubbished his claims and the little girl sat with Kaddu during her Black and White Affair concert at the Kampala Serena Hotel last June.

Matters of the girl’s paternity were overtaken by events when “juicier” stories of Desire’s leaked nude images trended on social media.

But now that the nude photos dust has started settling, Seiko has resurrected the paternity issue of the 12-year-old girl.

“I have evidence that the daughter is mine,” Seiko told Bukedde TV in interview that was broadcast on Saturday.

“I am not dying for the kid, I have kids, but what I want from Desire is DNA. She is not the one to give away a child, but DNA tests will tell,” Seiko said.

“Why have they not produced another kid with Kaddu?” Seiko wondered.

The soldier narrated how he met Desire in November 2002 and things heated up leading to her getting pregnant.

“I have evidence. I even know the date she got pregnant. I made her pregnant on 27th February 2003,” he revealed.

“I know where we were and she knows it.  I don’t know why she is ashamed of me. Maybe she thinks I want to spoil her market that because I am a soldier people will not fear her,” Seiko went on.

“How many girls are dying for me? They are many, How many girls are throwing themselves at me? Many, but I don’t give a damn,” he bragged.

“She used to send me messages that ‘I am taking your daughter out.’ If she is not my daughter, why send me such messages. Why did she accept things I got for the girl if I’m not the father?” he said.

“I built Desire from scratch and she knows it from the bottom of her heart. I have been there for her whenever she needs anything.

She used to call me, Darling where are you … I am here and she comes … I make her happy, she goes. I give her whatever she wants,” Seiko revealed.

“I am not the kind to tie myself on someone. Now she thinks she is a celebrity. All these men she is dating, I know them and you cannot compare them to Seiko.”

“ … I keep a low profile, I am not a man who shows off. I would even be having a personalised car. I have money, I am a very wealthy man,” he said.

“I respect Desire but she knows who Juma Seiko has been in her life.”

“I want the girl to come and live with me. My older daughters have left home and I am now alone.”

He says there will be no problem with the girl coming to live with him since his wife already knows about her.

“My wife knows. Desire used to call me late in the night, darling where are you, I want to see you, when I am with my wife,” he revealed.

He insists the matter can only be rested after DNA tests are carried out.

On being linked to many girls

Seiko also said that people misunderstand him as a philanderer when they see him with girls in nightclubs.

“When people see me with girls, sometimes they don’t know that they are my daughters’ friends. They call me uncle so they ask for a drink and I give them,” he said.

“When small boys see me with girls, they think otherwise. In club I play pool, they shake their bodies and throw themselves on me but I just go home.”

“Those days I used to play around, but I’m now a grandfather,” he said.
