Popular NTV drama series The Hostel returns on the silver screen on Monday. The show, now in its fourth season comes with many changes.

According to Richard Geria, the producer of the show, they have moved to a new hostel called Serenity Hostel that will be the principle location. Also, the entire cast has been disbanded so there are completely new faces for this new season.

“As you know, students leave hostels and new ones come in every year. That is one of the reasons that we have an entirely new cast,” he said.

None of the new actors has previous acting experience unlike the first seasons where they relied on seasoned actors like Richard Tuwangye, Disckon Zizinga, Matthew Nabwiso, Hellen Lukoma, Michael Wawuyo, comedian Daniel Omara and others.

The only recognisable face in this new cast is former NBS presenter Bettinah Tianah. We await to see how the new cast will fair. The new season will be showing every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 7.30pm and 8pm.
