Fashion: Who killed it on the Miss Uganda red carpet?

The Miss Uganda beauty pageant took place at the Kampala Serena Hotel on Friday night. Zaharah Muhammed Nakiyaga was crowned Miss Uganda. But away from the catwalk, a lot was taking place on the red carpet fashion-wise as it was another excuse for the ladies to dress up. Check out the pictures and be the fashion judge.

The former Miss Uganda beauty queens had to look their best. Stellah Nantumbwe (L), Phionah Bizzu, Sylvia Namutebi and Leah Kalanguka.

She looked modest in blue and white, while chick on the right wore a faux leather LBD with lace arm details.

It’s Ramathan. Pherry Kimbugwe looked the part in her red suit while the sister on the right covered up the hair, but the sheer (see-through) arms of that top are not Ramathan friendly. Need we mention the tight pants.

She hit the red carpet in a leopard print maternity dress. Meanwhile, former Miss Uganda Fiona Bizzu lost the crown, but not the catwalk … hehehe.
