Miss Uganda 2016 search is on

The search for a new queen to wear the crown of Uganda’s fairest lady is on. Miss Uganda organiser Brenda Nanyonjo has revealed that they are soon embarking on a nationwide search for the beauty who will replace the bubbly Zaharah Nakiyaga.

 

 

If you think you are the one, you can call +256776509353 or 0773662718 for details. But before you place that call, here are requiemrents that you must fulfil.

  • You have to be between 18 to 25 years
  • Must not to be married nor have any children.
  • Must have completed at least A level.
  • Ugandan by Nationality
  • Possess good moral conduct
  • Must be able to express yourself in proper English.
  • NOT below 5’6” without heels.
  • You must not have any visible tattoos or any kind of body writings.

Nanyonjo, a protégé of former Miss Uganda organiser Sylvia Owori has run the pageant for the past five years with Sylvia Namutebi, Phiona Bizzu, Stellah Nantumbwe, Leah Kalanguka and Zahara Nakiyaga wearing the crown.

The winner will represent Uganda at the Miss World finals later in the year.
