Bright future school pupils perish in an accident

A taxi carrying pupils of Bright Future Nursery and Primary School has been involved in a terrible accident that has claimed the lives of two pupils and the head teacher. The remaining 21 pupils were left with serious injuries.

The accident occurred at Busobolongo village in Lwamata Sub County Kiboga District along Hoima-Kampala Road. They were going for a tour at Entebbe airport and zoo when the taxi they were travelling in registration number UAZ 482C knocked a parked lorry registration number UAH 002N.

The Headteacher Tadeo Twisenge and a Primary One pupil God Mukoke died on spot while Latifa Kabanda who was in Primary Three died shortly after being rushed to Kiboga Hospital.

The rest of the pupils are receiving treatment in the same hospital before being taken back to Kyankwanzi district in Kikonda town where the school is located
