President Museveni and Gen Kayihura

President Yoweri Museveni has applauded Inspector General of Police, Gen. Kale Kayihura saying he has done a good job in police by impeding chaos.

While addressing the Urban Authorities Association of Uganda at Ntare School in Mbarara district that attracted a total of 400 mayors and town clerks, Museveni appreciated Kayihura’s efforts to stop chaos which disrupts business and peace.

“Kayihura has done a good job; he stopped fujo (chaos); because people wanted to bring fujo (chaos) to disrupt business”, said the President.

This comes in the wake of Kayihura facing charges of torture for  his forces beating  opposition leader  Kiiza Besigye supporters recently.
