Singer Jose Chameleone is slated to host this year’s edition of the “My Kid is a Superstar Green Xmas party.” The party slated for this Sunday, is the biggest kids’ Christmas festival, and Chameleone will not be the only one from his family on this particular job; his son Abba Marcus Mayanja is set to be the headlining act at Kololo airstrip.

Abba who is a more celebrated swimmer than musician, has been off the music scene as he concentrated on his education and winning medals for his country- even when still at a tender age. Abba recently won medals for Uganda in a continental swimming tournament held in Kigali.

But this Sunday, Abba will take time off to return on stage to entertain his fellow youngsters. According to the event chief organiser- Sam Semakula, there will be lots of fun-packed activities including dancing, singing, modelling, spelling competitions, face painting, bouncy castles, wild animals and performances. As is the norm, parents will enter for free, but will have to pay Shs10,000 for their little ones. Gates open at 10am.
