Black supremacy, Maddox to headline Bob Marley night at Bobi’s bash

Singer Bobi Wine is set to host the first ever East African Bob Marley day at his One Love Beach in Busabala. The Bob Marley night which will happen on the eve of the reggae legend’s birthday, is meant to get reggae lovers together to dance, sing and celebrate Bob Marley.

To give the night the anticipated weight, Bobi has lined up a list of reggae entertainers from Uganda and Kenya who will take care of the entertainment business on the night. The lineup is headed by Kenyan reggae djs- Supremacy sounds and includes other top Kenyan entertainers like Dj Juwah, Dancehall Franchise Unit, as well as Supa Marcus & Selector Stinger.




The Ugandan contigent will be led by Maddox Ssematimba, Tigan, Mr Wind, Ras Clan, Blood Brothers, Travelers band, Barbed Wire Thong, and Dax Vybz, as well as Mc Natty and Ras Peace.

According to Bobi, gates to the event will be open from 10am in the morning and the party will go on all the way into Bob Marley’s birthday- February 6. Entry to the event will be Shs10,000 for ordinary, Shs30,00 for VIP, while tables will go for Shs300,000.
