If you did not know, American hiphop stars French Montana and duo Rae Sremmurd are in the country to shoot a music video.

Yes, disregard earlier reports. The stars are shooting a music video. In an Instagram video, the hiphop duo, Rae Sremmurd of the “No type” fame, shared their first impression of the country as they drove to Serena Hotel. They were impressed by the beauty of the place; the scenery, flowers, sparkling water, vegetation; a mere slice of what the country has to offer.

“This county is *insert F word* beautiful”, one remarked as their camera captured the panoramic view of the hotel. They were also awed by the tens of bodabodas all over the streets! Yes, in Uganda we ride bodas!

However, several times, they shared brief clips of Police wielding guns, particularly AK 47.

They zoomed into a police man in shades of blue fatigue was on the road side holding his gun but they looked scared. However, they had Police escort leading the way for the sake of right of way.

While to Ugandans, it just our way of life, to these visitors, it is a sign of insecurity. A cultural shock! Check the video below.
