Businessman Desh Kananura acquitted of 2012 Panamera bar murder of his employee

Businessman Desh Kananura has been acquitted of the 2012 murder of Badru Katerega, an employee at his Naguru based Panamera bar. Kampala High Court ruled in favour of the business man after it failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he committed the capital offence.



Badru Katerega, an employee of at Panamera bar was allegedly murdered at the bar. Desh was charged together with his brother, Raymond Kananura and three others including Samuel Nzoreba, Jacob Onyango and Sirus Maganda.
