President Yoweri Museveni has vowed to have whoever breached the law in the Shs6b oil cash payout prosecuted.
 
Bugweri MP Abdu Katuntu who chairs of the committee that is investigating the oil cash handout told journalists at Parliament that the committee’s meeting with the president also agreed on a number of key areas including investigating other aspects of abuse of public funds in the presidential handshake. 




The president recently revealed that the “handshake” scandal was a mistake and promised to refund the money.
