Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama knows how to have fun. After spending a big part of his life in theatre as a comedian, the legislator’s gimmicks come off effortlessly. At most times, he might be unaware that he is cracking ribs.

Over the weekend, the MP was among the Parliament of Uganda football squad that participated  in the on-going corporate league. The team is captained by Makindye West MP and betting expert Allan Ssewanyana.

Lubwama waited on the “bench” as one of the “dangerous substitutes”. Despite being on the sidelines, he kept sipping water to re-ignite his ‘engine’.

He was in a vest and a short which could pass for a boxer. The vest and short could pass for underwear too.
