President Museveni buys pair of shoes from market stall in Wandegeya

In true Buy Uganda, Build Uganda spirit, President Museveni made a rare shopping trip downtown yesterday. Much to the surprise of many, he took a stroll to Wandegeya market stall and bought himself a pair of shoes! Yes, the president bought a pair of shoes and paid  cash directly from his pocket.

From the look of the face of the vendor, he got a good deal. The president handed over crisp 50,000 shilling notes as he smiled ear to ear. In the list of his customers, now the president of Uganda is among!
