As the Jazz & Soul Safari returns for its tenth edition in September, it will be with a new flavour- provided by Johnnie Walker. Info reaching our desk indicates that the world’s favourite whisky will be the title sponsor of the soul music celebration, meaning the event now becomes The Johnnie Walker Jazz & Soul Safari.

“Johnnie Walker is a brand that represents continuity and success, which is what the Jazz & Soul Safari stands for. It has been the pick of events on the entertainment calendar for the nine years of its existence, in much the same way that Johnnie Walker has stood out as the whisky of choice over the ages,” said UBL Head of Whisky Portfolio, Ms. Annette Nakiyaga. This year’s edition will take place on Saturday, September 2 at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.
