I was badly off — Hon. Abiriga explains why he urinated on wall fence of Ministry of Finance building

Have you come across the so-called “Abi-irrigating” photo where Arua Municipality Hon. Ibrahim Abiriga is spotted urinating on the wall fence of Ministry of Finance building? Well, it was not Photoshop or propaganda.

The legislator has revealed that he indeed urinated on the wall fence. Yes, the honourable confessed that the call of nature got the better of his bladder and he was forced to park his yellow Volkswagen and pee along the street. To make it worse, he peed on Ministry of Fiance fence wall!!

“I was badly off”, he told The Observer. According to The Observer, he blames media for spreading a hopeless picture showing him urinating on the wall fence of Ministry of Finance building.
