Bugolobi-based Face Television is set to broaden viewership very soon, we can confirm. News coming our way is that top managers of the TV station have been in meetings with top pay TV Multichoice Uganda negotiating a deal to start screening on their platforms. Face TV is the only TV channel that is dedicated to strictly playing Ugandan music 24/7. The channel currently only airs on Star Times.

However, according to an extremely reliable source, Face TV is said to have received irresistible offers and now want to spread their wings by screening on DSTv and GOtv platforms. The source told us that the two top managers of the TV channel have so far been invited to two highly confidential meetings at the Kololo-based Multichoice Uganda headquarters. When contacted, Face TV’s Pajobo refused to comment but our source told us once the deal goes through, Face TV will be receiving hefty sums for their content.
