Kadaga had the power but chose to become hired hand for Museveni — Besigye blasts speaker

Opposition strongman Kizza Besigye expressed disappointment with the way speaker Rebecca Kadaga handled business in parliament on Wednesday afternoon which culminated into the nasty ugly scenes that has drawn international attention.

He stated that the speaker had the power to act otherwise but chose to do the will of the president.




“She definitely had the power to do otherwise but chose to become the hired hand for Museveni”, he stated.
