Veteran investigative journalist and political analyst Andrew Mwenda who is known for having no kind words for the opposition, has today on a rare occasion applauded the ongoing ‘Red ribbon’ campaign. According to Mwenda, the campaign could cause an impact on their struggle.

“I think Besigye is doing the right thing, his strategy is the right one. The age limit debate can’t be restricted to Parliament. If anyone wants to stop amendment of constitution to remove age limit, they must organize the public,” Mwenda asserted.
