Veteran journalist Andrew Mwenda is convinced that the president is here to stay. He explained that against all odds, the presidential age limit will be amended to scrap the presidential age limit so that Museveni remains in the NRM driving seat because NRM, as a party has failed to produce any worthy challengers that can defeat Dr. Kizza Besigye in an election.

“Museveni has failed to see a potential candidate to run the party smoothly thereby deciding to remain in the driving seat. Let’s be honest, he knows that without him, the party has no one that can challenge Dr. Kizza Besigye”, he stated during the KFM Hot Seat show on Friday, a talk show about trending topics.
