Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga is not known to don any attire other than the traditionally dominant yellow colour of the NRM party.

However, one creative and probably bored Ugandan decided to annoy Ibrahim Abiriga. He will surely not like this red colour Kaunda. He “photoshopped” him to to the other side, somewhere in the Togikwatako camp.
