On Wednesday Face TV and Star Times officially confirmed Nigerian superstar Wizkid will be performing at the ‘Thursday Night Live with Wizkid’ show on December 1 at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.

During a press event at Face TV’s headquarters in Bugolobi on Tuesday evening, a video of Wizkid reconfirming his trip was played for the media to watch. But one of the major question that lingered in everyone’s mind was how Face TV and Star Times plan to compensate music lovers that had purchased early bird tickets to the same concert last year, only for Wizkid not to show up.

Face TV Executive Director Pejay Boaz had that sorted; “We urge everyone that had bought a Wizkid ticket last year to bring it to Face TV in Bugolobi and we give them the new tickets; this exercise will be free to all with genuine tickets,” he said. Peejay said the exchange of tickets would kick off this coming Monday November 6 and shall only be done at Face TV headquarters in Bugolobi. Entry to the Wizkid concert is Shs300,000 for VVIP, Shs100, 000 for VIP and Shs30,000 for general tickets.
