Outspoken human rights activist and scholar Dr. Stella Nyanzi has endorsed the Kyadondo East MP Hon Kyagulanyi Robert alias Bobi Wine for the top most office in the land.

Nyanzi has taken to her social media and lavished all kinds of praises on Bobi Wine as she promised to join him in the set citizen’s march against the new social media and mobile money taxes.

“Am joining Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine in the citizen protest against social media tax. Omubanda wa Kabaka, Ghetto President, His Excellency Bobi, omukongozi wa Ssabasajja has invited Ugandans to march to parliament in opposition to this evil and unjust tax. Ssebo, I am coming along,” she wrote.

“You are the leader that my soul has been yearning for. Lead us as we express our dismay, disgruntlement, disillusion and trauma to the dictatorship,’’ she posted.

The protest by young Ugandans is set to happen today at midday after the ultimatum they gave government to scrap the said taxes expires.
