Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort receives another global award

After a Certificate of Excellence from Lonely Planet, Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort has received more international recognition with a prestigious Guest Review Award for 2017 from Booking.Com.

Booking.com is an online platform where travelers book hotels around the world.  Established in 1996 in Amsterdam, Booking.com has grown from a small Dutch startup to one of the largest travel e-commerce companies in the world. Part of Booking Holdings Inc. Booking.com now employs more than 15,000 employees in 198 offices, in 70 countries worldwide.

While giving out this award, Booking.com looks at properties with an average review score of 8.0. and 10. A score of 8.1 endorsed by guests from all over the world puts the Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort among the very best hotels in the world.

In their remarks booking.com said that  Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort has offered great guest experiences and that the Guest Review Awards is a great way to showcase the achievement.

“It’s a great experience and feeling to know that our guests have given us good reviews which shows that we have met their expectations and our guests have enjoyed the facilities and services, This recognition motivate us to maintain high quality standards in all our services. We would like to thank all the guests who voted and made this possible,” the resort posted on their Facebook page.

Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort is part of the Speke Group of Hotels, which is under Ruparelia Group of Companies, a owned by tycoon Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia.

It is a leading hotel and one of the few 5 star hotels in the country offering ultimate in luxury accommodation, leisure facilities, fine dining and the finest conference and business meeting facilities.

The hotel also has an olympic size swimming pool, equestrian centre, 5 star restaurants, gymnasium and sports facilities.

It is also the number one wedding destination in the country, offering both reception venues and honeymoon suites.
