Abiriga killers are stupid — President Museveni

While addressing mourners in Swahili at home of slain legislator, Hon. Ibrahim Abiriga, president Museveni stated that the killers are stupid.

Speaking to the family, he highlighted need for vigilance and re-echoed the government’s commitment to get the killers.
