Final journey: Abiriga’s body airlifted to Arua

The late Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga’s lifeless body has been airlifted to his home village in Arua for burial. The body is expected to arrive in Arua by 4pm and taken to his home in Anyafio, Arua Municipality.

There will be a vigil at his Arua Municipality home, next to the Presidential State Lodge. Arua municipality voters will pay their last respects on Sunday afternoon before the body is taken to Rhino-camp for burial on Monday.
