Prime suspect in Mowzey Radio murder committed to High Court

Prime suspect in the murder of singer Mowzey Radio, Wamala Godfrey alias Troy,  has been committed to the High court for trial by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

State Attorney Julius Muhiirwe told Entebbe Court Chief Magistrate Susan Okeni that investigations into Troy’s case are complete and that he had instructions from the DPP to send him to the trial court because there is evidence placing Troy at the scene of crime.

DPP also intends to use exhibits like Telephone Printouts of calls made before, during and after  Mowzey Radio’s death, plus a sketch plan of DeBar where the fight took place on 22nd/January/2018.

Troy’s committal to the trial court was also been triggered by the relatives, friends and family of the late singer who have been demanding for justice to prevail.
