PHOTOS: Hilarious scenes as several LC 1 candidates across the country get only one vote

The Local Council elections are going on across the country. Over 60,000 villages are electing their LC.1 chairpersons after 15 years. Unlike other polls, voters in this election are lining up behind their candidate of choice. Vote count is equivalent to the headcount!

Here are some of the hilarious photos.

This is Kinyasano, Rukungiri district where the NRM candidate got one vote. It’s the voting station for FDC iron Lady Ingrid Turinawe.
