Stalker Brian Isiko released on bail, ordered never to contact MP Rwabwogo again

YMCA’s 25-year-old Brian Isiko has this morning been granted bail by the High court. Justice Jane Francis Abodo ordered Isiko to pay cash Shs500, 000 while his two sureties that include; a Rt UPDF captain Reagan Muganza and an Asst academic Registrar at Kyambogo University Godfrey Waako were told to pay a non -cash bond of Shs5m.

Besides Justice Abodo ordering Isiko to always report to the Deputy Registrar of the High court every 3rd Friday of the month starting from August 17th, he also told him to never contact MP Rwabwogo again.

Isiko was convicted and sentenced to two years imprisonment for stalking and expressing his love feelings to the Kabarole district woman MP Sylvia Rwabwogo.  However, last week through his lawyer Ramathan Waiswa, Isiko applied for bail which has been granted to him today.
