Losing Zimbabwe presidential election candidate Nelson Chamisa declares self winner, to hold inauguration

Besigye did it! Odinga did it! Who is Nelson Chamisa not to did it! The ‘did it’ wave in Zimbabwe is surely, completing the sequence! Well, the losing opposition candidate inauguration ceremonies are not about to end. Zimbabwe’s Nelson Chamisa has declared that he won the presidential election and is ready to hold inauguration!

“I’ve just finished going thru the evidence per our agents & V11 forms from across Zimbabwe.We WON this election emphatically. ZEC’s figures are falsified & inflated in favour of the outgoing President.We are ready for the inauguration & formation of the next gvt”, he tweeted.

However, President Emmerson Mnangagwa has called for Zimbabwe to unite behind him after he was declared winner of national elections. He says he won the election fairly and he had nothing to hide.

We hope Nelson Chamisa’s legal team has compared notes with other candidates who took a similar path!
