Former FDC president and one of the campaign agents of Kasiano Wadri, Gen. Mugisha Muntu has revealed that Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine and other legislators who were detained over the chaos that engulfed Arua, are in need of urgent medical attention.

“Since Monday, Hon. Kyagulanyi has been held incommunicado by security forces. Our sources indicate they are in urgent need of medical attention. His relatives and lawyers have been denied access. We demand that government immediately corrects these injustices and will not rest until such a time as they do. Government cannot enforce the law by acting outside of it!” Mugisha Muntu posted on social media.
