Soccer legend Al Hadji Diouf to grace Eddie Kenzo’s concert this Friday

It’s confirmed! African football legend, Al Hadji Diouf is set to grace Eddie Kenzo’s concert slated for this Friday January 4th 2019, at the Kampala Serena Hotel.

The singer confirmed that he had received a call from the decorated football legend and he had confirmed that he will be flying in this Thursday ahead of Kenzo’s concert on Friday.

Kenzo and the football legend became friends during his visit to Senegal. “He told me he loves my music and when I told him that I had dreamed of being a soccer star like him, we connected instantly,” he said.

Al Hadji Diouf is a Senegalese retired footballer who started his professional career in France, but later moved to Liverpool where he played in the premier league.

In 2002, he played for Senegal in the FIFA World cup. Al Hadji Diouf has  also played for Bolton Wanderers, Sunderland, Blackburn Rovers, and Leeds United. During his nine year career, he scored 21 goals in 69 International appearances.

Kenzo is holding a concert to celebrate a decade of doing music; this shall also be his first concert at Serena Hotel. Kenzo also said that he expects many other guests from all different parts of the world.

Tickets to the show are already on sale at Shs. 100,000 for Ordinary, Shs. 300,000 for VIP, and Shs 5m for a table. You can get your ticket(s) at Serena Hotel, Airtel shop at Game mall, Airtel Shop at Thobani mall, and Airtel shop at Shoprite Ben Kiwanuka Street.
