Music promoter, Andrew Mukasa aka Bajjo ‘Clear Process’ can never get short of drama.

The single father of four revealed that his time in prison has taught him to put his country before self because a good percentage of Ugandans are suffering.

Bajjo said that although he seriously needs to get married, he cannot to do it now before the country attains the desired change.

“I will get married in 2021 when Bobi Wine is President. The current economic situation cannot allow me to enjoy my marriage,” Bajjo said while appearing on local television.

The promoter also disclosed that the emotional pain he faced while in Luzira inspired him to become an advocate for prisoners’ rights. In fact, he gave the Commissioner General of Prisons, Dr Johnson Byabashaija a two weeks ultimatum to clean up all prisons that are in bad conditions.

“I am assembling a legal team that will see all political prisoners gain their freedom,” he said.

Last week, Bajjo was granted bail after spending over three weeks in Luzira prison. He is facing charges of treason and offensive communication because of a video he posted on his social media platform, mobilising people to join the grand plot to overthrow Museveni’s government before the 2021 elections.
