Arrest of two suspects that killed a boda-boda rider on camera

Last week, Police arrested John Bosco Mugisha and Young Mulo, the two suspects that appeared in the CCTV footage strangling a one Derrick Mulindwa a boda-boda rider in Kakyeka, Mengo on June 30. Mugisha was the first to be arrested on Wednesday and he helped police to trace the whereabouts of his colleague Young Mulo. They are currently under police detention at Katwe Central Police as investigations into the case are ongoing before being presented in court to face murder charges.

The couple took their vows in a church located in Vastlands, Sweden. Navio and Matilda have been dating since 2017 and they are blessed with two kids.

Best finish for the Uganda She Cranes at the Netball World Cup

Uganda She Cranes attained its best ever finish at the 2019 Netball World Cup in Liverpool, England that climaxed yesterday, Sunday. She Cranes beat Zimbabwe in the 7th play-off fixture to secure the place. New Zealand are the reigning champions of the Netball World Cup after defeating defending 2015 champions Australia in a stiffly contested final. Hosts England won bronze following their win against South Africa in a third play-off tie.

Calvin The Entertainer fills up Freedom City at the Takeover Party

Calvin The Entertainer held his long awaited Takeover party at Freedom City on Saturday and all we can say is that it was a success. The UBC TV presenter was celebrating 11 years on TV, and called this a celebration of life, and Ugandan Music. Calvin is a popular face on TV and on the social scene, as he’s a friend to many Ugandan musicians from hosting them on his TV shows to hosting their events. They repaid that friendship by performing at this party on Saturday night, in numbers of over 35.
