Today, the People Power movement has unveiled its coordination team that will work hand in hand until the 2021 general elections and it was at this occasion that the musician-turned-politician has confirmed that he is ready to lead through Ugandans in the struggle of unseating President Museveni from power come 2021.

In his address to an audience that included opposition bigwigs like Ssemuju Nganda, Winnie Kiiza, Kasiano Wadri, and Francis Zaake among others, Kyagulanyi said that People Power movement is now stronger than ever and he feels that 2021 should be the end of Museveni’s 35 year rule.

“I want to assure Ugandans that I, Kyagulanyi Sentamu, am ready to lead you in the course of unseating Museveni in 2021.” Kyagulanyi said amid loud People Power chants from the audience.

Kyagulanyi also used the same podium to thank past and present agents of change like Hon Amanya Mugisha, Dr Kiiza Besigye, Kawanga Ssemwogerere, Miria Matembe, among others that have given their time, money, resources and life to the struggle of causing leadership change in Uganda.

Kyagulanyi also challenged his archrival Museveni to free and fair elections come 2021 so that Ugandans can rightly vote into power a candidate of their choice.
