With the numerous reasons you have heard for why people support President Museveni, we are sure singer Big Eye’s explanations will sound ridiculous to most of you especially those who yearn for the ousting of the regime.

Through his social media platforms, self-proclaimed Star Boss first refuted reports that he is supporting President Museveni because he is targeting a ‘golden handshake.’

“That’s a big no,” Big Eye wrote in a post.

Big Eye claims that going by the narrated stories about how the National Resistance Army led by Museveni sacrificed their lives to liberate Uganda, he sees no other choice but to stick to rallying behind the ‘old man with a hat.’

“The peace and freedom that we have today was all his sacrifice to go to the bush and fight,” the singer wrote.

According to the singer, today’s youths must thank Museveni the more because he is one of the main reasons they exist.

“The peace President Museveni and his team brought in Uganda is the reason as to why 92% of the youths in Uganda today were born and grown in peace because if the country was still at war our parents wouldn’t have got time for sex,” he explained before putting some sort of a disclaimer saying; “Many of you are going to see it as childish but it’s the truth.”
