Police in Nabweru, Nansana has arrested a one Shallon Muyindo who was apparently found breastfeeding four of her neighbours’ kids. Muyindo is allegedly HIV positive and she has always been seen taking ARVS.

At the time of her arrest, Muyindo was found locked in her house breastfeeding Shakirah Tumusemerirwe’s one-year old baby. According to Shakirah, Muyindo has always pretended to be a caring neighbour as she always helps her babysit the kid.

However, following reports that Muyindo might be doing something wrong to the kids, she closely followed up and red-handedly netted her breasting feeding the kid.

She immediately alerted residents who arrested Muyindo and dragged her to Nabweru Police. The kids were rushed to hospital and instantly prescribed to take pep, a drug taken to prevent HIV infection after a possible HIV exposure.

Kampala Metropolitan Police deputy spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigire said Muyindo will also be taken for HIV testing and if found positive, she will be charged with criminal negligence.
