Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Hon Robert Kyagulanyi has commented on his former right-hand man Buchaman’s appointment as the Presidential Adviser on ghetto affairs. Bobi Wine said that President Museveni has recognized the ghetto because he can no longer underestimate the pressure they (People Power) subjected to him.

“Tired of indignity, the ghetto rose up to speak – led by the Ghetto President. He dismissed us. We persisted. Very scared and desperate, he now returns as ‘Man of Ghetto’,” Bobi Wine said earlier today after appearing before the Buganda Road court.

Bobi Wine said Museveni is currently limited with choice when it comes to appointing people to work with.

“Museveni used and dumped all people who were telling him the truth about Uganda. It is not surprising that he now has the likes of Bryan White, Catherine Kusasira, Bebe Cool and Buchaman as his advisers,” Bobi Wine said.

“He will do it all, he will soon adapt to the ghetto behaviour and ‘smoke some’,” he added.

However, Bobi Wine said the ghetto people are not interested in his tokens but rather want a democratic kind of government that wholly works for its people.
