Although Ugandans have invested quite heavily in installing security measures on their property, criminals always seem to find their way around it in ways only known to them.

Last night, unknown people managed to beat security at Forum for Democratic Party (FDC) Headquarters Najjanankumbi along Entebbe road and broke into their offices.

According to the FDC’s official Facebook page, these yet-to-be identified people made away with computers, files and many other items from the premises.

Breaking into offices is becoming a trend in Uganda as Kampala Capital City Authority offices, Nabweru Magistrates’ Court, Human Rights Awareness and Promotions Forum (HRAPF) and former Prime Minister and Presidential aspirant Amama Mbabazi’s offices have all been subjected to break-ins in the past.

Investigations are underway to find out who might have been behind this break-in.
