Paul Mutabazi, father to Uganda’s youngest rapper Patrick Ssenyonjo aka Fresh Kid yesterday decided to hit the studio just to satisfy himself.

“I have seen artistes out there of my age doing very well that means I can also make it,” Mutabazi who now goes by the stage name of Fresh Daddy said.

He added, “I am famous already but I wanted to also enjoy life like all other musicians. And by singing, I know I will enjoy my life peacefully.”

Through Khalifa Aganaga’s Bad Character Studio, Mutabazi released his first single dubbed Mazike (Shs50,000) notes.

In the song, Mutabazi narrated how it is fun when earning and splashing 50k notes.

Fresh Daddy’s song came as a surprise to his son’s manager Francis Kamoga. Kamoga said Mutabazi is totally going off the lane and it is slowly affecting Fresh Kid’s career.

“His (Mutabazi) music project is not part of Texas Management. I think he should concentrate on playing his role as a father other than competing with his son,” Francis said.
