DPP Chibita elected to the Executive Committee of International Association of Prosecutors

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Justice Mike Chibita has been elected to the Executive Committee of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP). Chibita was among the members that had high scores in the election at the IAP 24th general meeting held in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires the last week.

“As a member of the Executive Committee, Chibita will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution towards the management and administration of the International Association of Prosecutors,” Jane Okuo Kajuga, the Public Relations Officer for the office of the DPP said in a statement.

The International Association of Prosecutors is an organization that brings together prosecutors from all over the world. The association has memberships from over 177 countries and a representation from all continents.
