President Yoweri Museveni fanatic and events promoter Balaam Barugahara has laughed off those who think Museveni is bitter with those who oppose him.

Balaam said ‘his’ president is always willing to interact with those who are against him. He revealed that he (Balaam) and Bebe Cool talked to the Museveni requesting him to meet Eddy Kenzo.

According to Balaam, Museveni’s meeting with Kenzo was fruitful as they discussed a series of issues.

“Museveni promised to fund all Kenzo’s projects,” Balaam said before claiming that the singer got out of State House a changed man who now believes in the current system he once dissed.

“What they used to call ‘system volongoto’ is now ‘system clear’,” Promoter Balaam stated.

On Catherine Kusasira and Buchaman’s appointments as Presidential Advisers on Kampala and Ghetto affairs respectively, Balaam hailed the appointments saying each of them suitably deserves the position.

“No one knows the behaviours of the people in the ghetto more than Buchaman. For Kusasira, she is a role model for many underprivileged women in Kampala,” Balaam explained.
