Internationally acclaimed American RnB star Mýa will be jetting into the country for this year’s annual Johnnie Walker All Music Safari concert as the event’s headlining artiste in less than three weeks.

Fans of the much-admired artiste will be given a chance to interact, lounge and party with her up-close and personal during an exclusive meet and greet slated for November 28 at the Industrial Area-based nightspot, Guvnor, two days before the grand show on Saturday, November 30.

Mýa is widely recognized for her RnB musical prowess with several hit songs that speak to the soul like Take Me There, Case of the Ex and Girls Dem Sugar that have achieved the status of timeless classics. She will be performing for her first time in Uganda, sharing the stage with home grown talents like Myko Ouma, Kenneth Mugabi, Black Roots Unlimited, Joseph Sax amongst many others at the Lugogo Cricket Oval this month on November 30.

For those who claim not to be too familiar with the artist, like the Sheila Gashumbas, this is your chance to get to know Mýa in all her glory before the star-studded All Music Safari Concert.

The music concert will be marking 30 years of existence in the entertainment industry under reggae music veteran Tshaka Mayanja, a music promoter with a respectable and widely recognized list of great international music imports hosted at the Jazz and Soul Safari concerts making his events the most anticipated every year.

Those who would like an exclusive moment with the superstar, a limited offer is on the market. It only takes a purchase of a bottle of the Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve label from Game supermarket, Shoprite Acacia or at House of Walker or purchasing a platinum/VIP ticket for an automatic invitation to the meet and greet.
