The fourth edition of the Hot Pink Catwalk Charity Fashion show took place on Saturday November 16 at Victoria Mall, Entebbe organized by Malengo Foundation.

The Hot Pink Catwalk Charity Show was not short of fun as models boldly showcased different designs inspired by local designers. Some of the designers included; Kas Wear, Anita Beryl, Brenda Maraka, Kaijuka Abbas, Nanfuka Olivia, Martha Jabo and Paple Rayn among others.

We witnessed models who are amputees, persons with albinism, little people, burn victims, wheelchair users, deaf and hard for hearing as well as able-bodied models walking the runway.

Just like the previous three editions, the event was hosted by media personality Malaika Nyanzi who also doubles as an ambassador to the Foundation. The night’s Guest of honor was French Ambassador, H.E Jules-Armand Aniambossou.

The charity show aims at raising awareness and the level of youth engagement with human rights harmonizing with the convention on the rights of persons with disabilities. This is intended to develop and expose their artistic and creative talents.
