Police in Makindye has arrested a one Shadia Nakiwala, the proprietor of HUNT International Labour Suppliers Limited for allegedly conning Justus Twine of Shs15 million.

Twine said that he gave Nakiwala Shs15 million in April meant to buy shares in her labour export company located in Kikumbi zone in Zzana but she did not fullfil her end of the deal.
