The land wrangle between businessman Godfrey Kirumira and Mulago surgeon Dr Ben Khingi has got a fresh twist and this time the matter is for the ‘generals’ only.

In a video that has surfaced on social media, Security Minister General Elly Tumwine is seen grilling former Deputy Chief of Defence Forces, Lt. Gen. Charles Angina for using UPDF soldiers in the wrangle.

Fuming, Gen. Tumwine heatedly asked Angina why he used the forces to carry out the operation. The security minister explained how they also have wrangles with a lot of people but they don’t use the force to beat and mistreat people.

He said in circumstances like that, the forces don’t take sides but rather swing into action to create sanity. Tumwine also demanded to know why Angina carried out the operation at 3am in the wee hours of the morning before warning him to not abuse the Forces and the Police like that.

“Don’t abuse our forces. We all have wrangles but we don’t use the force like this. We have worked to build the image of our force,” Tumwine said before asking the already frightened Angina whether he was getting his point clear.
