Besides being a successful entrepreneur, Kennedy Zziwa popularly known as HairbyZziwa has as well been a social advocate for quite a number of issues, the most outstanding being the one of sobriety that he highlighted during his TED Talk last year.

The latest addition to his list of social responsibility is a new training center he is setting up in Banda to equip the youth with skills in hairdressing among many other essential salon skills that he can hand down to them.

He says that his salon has grown by leaps and bounds and he feels like it is about time he handed down these skills to people who could use them to be as successful as he has been.

Zziwa believes that in the long run, this will also be a stepping stone for many to get an opportunity to work with him professionally once training is done or have the ability to ably handle their own entrepreneurial ventures.

If every successful entrepreneur made an effort to pass on skills and steps they have taken to achieve success in their different fields, youths would surely have more to emulate and empower themselves to better their lives.
