Nakaseke south Member of Parliament Paulson Lutamaguzi is bound to remember the Museveni Trek for a very long time as it was at this very trek that the President sent scathing rebuke upon those that elected the MP into office referring to him as a young useless boy.

Lutamaguzi went straight to television and spewed all tribes of venom claiming that Museveni has done nothing for the people of Nakaseke.

He claimed that most of the roads walked upon during the trek and water drank from wells and boreholes were constructed using funds from his pocket.

Lutamaguzi took time off to take shots at the throne as he insinuated that the Afrika Kwetu walk was a symbolic walk for Museveni to wave people goodbye for he believes that due to Museveni’s old age, he could be going to the place where people go and never return.

Lutamaguzi used the same time to reveal that the President sent him a delegation of people to arrange their meeting. Lutamaguzi however says that he declined the meeting on grounds that the meeting was useless, for the President already knows the needs of his constituency.
