With the ever increasing reports claiming that singer Ronald Manyinja ditched People Power and now enjoying the same bed with the ruling party National Resistance Movement (NRM), Hillary Kiyaga popularly known as Dr. Hilderman has urged Mayinja to trade his politics wisely.

Hilderman said Mayinja’s music has always addressed issues affecting the majority of Ugandans but his recent acts are watering down his earlier contributions.

“Mayinja has done a lot for this country. His songs will continue to live on. I take his songs but not his acts. I am one of those who believe that if you eat money, don’t eat your head. These things are not for People Power but the country, whoever does that is betraying the country,” Hilderman said in an interview.

Hilderman also accused Mayinja of trying to undermine Bobi Wine’s pressure group by coming up with and NGO called “Peace for All, All for peace.” He said the state must be using him to destabilize People Power.

Recently, a series of reports have revealed how Mayinja is becoming a daily visitor to the State House. Last week, news spread out that the ‘Bizeemu’ star acquired a brand new Toyota V8 courtesy of President Yoweri Museveni.

Mayinja has constantly come out and distanced himself from having any affair with the ruling regime.
