TIRED! Man allegedly burns down three churches for preaching ‘prosperity’ yet he remained poor

Recently, motivational speakers have been under fire and ridiculed for sharing motivational stories that most people see as impractical and misleading, with others regarding their testimonies of how ‘they made it’ blatant lies.

Things like, “I started my restaurant with one plate and a bag of tomatoes,” or “I walked 30 kilometres every day for five years selling needles and threads,” that motivational preachers say have been widely refuted by the ‘woke’ community.

The same is true for some men of God who have replaced the gospel in the bible with their own motivational statements of how to become rich and successful, an act infamously referred to as spreading the gospel of prosperity.

One follower that has been listening to the gospel of prosperity and had enough of it is 21-year-old Ngobi John Reagan. Ngobi decided to burn down three churches in Kasokoso, Kampala because they kept on preaching ‘prosperity’ yet he got nothing of that prosperity, for his poverty remained stuck in in his life like glue on paper.

The burnt churches include; St Noah Catholic Church Kasokoso, Liberty Church of Christ International and God’s Tour Promising Church.

We hope there are no prosperity preachers in jail because Police has already arrested him and released a statement that reads in part, “The culprit would gain entry into these churches by breaking through windows and then he would collect church property and set them on fire with intent to burn the church,”
