Eddy Kenzo says Cheptegei helped him when he was stuck in Ivory Coast, which Bobi Wine failed to do

Eddy Kenzo has joined the list of prominent Ugandans who have congratulated the gold medalist Joshua Cheptegei who ‘did it again’ for the pearl of Africa last night as he broke the 5000m world record at the Wanda Diamond League in Monaco.

In his congratulatory post on social media, singer Eddy Kenzo disclosed how athlete Joshua Cheptegei supported him when he was stuck in Ivory Coast.

“Superman, another world record, breaking international records, Uganda is well represented. Congratulations my brother Cheptegei, you’re a hero and thank you for what you did for me when I was stuck in Ivory Coast, I will never forget bro,” Kenzo said in his post.
